- A window is the part of the day you prefer. It is a scheduling preference, not a guaranteed arrival time, and it depends on eligible professionals being available.
- Changing your plans
- Cancel or reschedule at no charge 24 or more hours before the appointment. Changes inside that window follow the published cancellation policy.
- Same-day service
- Where a market supports it, same-day service carries an approved priority fee that is shown in full before you confirm anything.
